Man in Tripoli speaks to NHK
A Libyan man in Tripoli told NHK by telephone that demonstrators set fire to police stations in the city on Sunday.
He said black African men, who appeared to be mercenaries, fired at random and killed his friend.
The man said gas stations and supermarkets in Tripoli are closed and police have disappeared. He said that he cannot go outside because of the terrible security situation in the city.

2 Libyan air force jets land in Malta
Two Libyan air force pilots fled and landed their Mirage fighter jets on the nearby island of Malta on Monday, apparently after being told to bomb protesters.
According to Reuters, the pilots told Maltese authorities that they decided to fly to Malta after they were ordered to attack civilians in Benghazi, the 2nd largest city in Libya.
The authorities say the pilots are seeking asylum in Malta.
