Sungai Buloh-Kepong section of MRR2 to be temporarily closed on Saturday

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 5 – The Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) from Sungai Buloh to Kepong will be closed for traffic from 10pm on Saturday till 6am on Sunday to facilitate work at Pier 28 of the flyover.
The closure of the MRR2 near Kompleks Desa, Kepong is to facilitate work, especially to bring down the “tie frame” and working platform, that was used for repair works, said a statement from the Public Works Department (JKR).
According to the statement, motorists can use a number of alternative roads during the period.
The statement also advised motorists who wished to go to Sungai Buloh to use the North-South Expressway (Plus) and the Lebuhraya Damansara Puchong (LDP) and vice-versa.
Motorists are also advised to observe traffic signs and directions put up by the Public Works Department. – Bernama
